I now make  Battenburg Wedding Cakes. These are best square and have to be covered in white marzipan.

 

Croquembouche- traditional French wedding cakes, consisting of choux buns filled with Crème patissiére . We now make these filled with either vanilla Crème patissiére or chocolate Crème patissiére. We can make these covered with white chocolate or with caramelized sugar strands. These have to be made on the day of your wedding or special occasion. Please contact us for more details.
